**Business Analyst | Hertfordshire | circa £55,000**

As the new** Business Analyst,** you will be **responsible for the requirements process, understand and define the scope of the project based on the project initiation document** or other scope-related artefacts and review documentation for consistencyand accuracy.

If you can investigate, assess and develop operational, business performance and reporting systems whilst leading design sessions, then you are likely to receive an
immediate interview request

**PRE-REQUISITES**:
We are looking for someone to **review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems**, and identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis, whilst working with stakeholders in order to determine needs and requirementsof the business and determine operational objectives by studying business functions and improving internal and client facing systems by studying current practices; designing and proposing modifications.

**ABOUT YOU**:
For this role, it’s important to be client focussed and commercially astute, with an innovative approach to work. Strong leadership and influencing skills; pragmatic, resilient and with an appetite for problem solving and issue resolution.

**This role will also require strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.**
