Business Pathway – Types of Roles Business Analyst (BA): Investigate and analyze business needs, identify improvement opportunities, define requirements, and ensure solutions align with business objectives. Take a holistic approach considering people, processes, technology, and organisational structure to deliver value while minimizing risks. Project Manager (PM): Support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget. Assist in task delegation, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and process improvement. Project Management Office (PMO): Establish and maintain project management standards, ensuring timely delivery, scope and quality adherence, and budget control while minimizing risks. Oversee governance, methodology, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking, and risk management, providing project performance insights. Product Manager: Orchestrate the development, launch, and ongoing success of a product. Define vision, create roadmaps, prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals, and ensure quality and functionality that resonates with stakeholders. Why Grayce?
