**About the Role**

We have a part-time vacancy for an Admin Assistant whose role will be to support the work of the Clinical Psychology & Therapy Team. We are a friendly and fun team who provide psychological services to the children, young people, families and professionals within Children Family Services, Together for Families Directorate of Cornwall Council. You’d be using your skills, experience and compassion to support our work with some of the most vulnerable children in Cornwall.

This role is a part time position (0.5 full time equivalents) which equates to 18.5 hours (2.5 days) per week. This role will involve a combination of office/home working.

This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.

Whilst the location/work-base for this role may have been specified our evolving ways of working means that the role may require you to also work remotely (e.g., from home/other locations). We will discuss this with you during the recruitment process.

**About you**

The successful applicant will need to be able to deliver or assist in the provision of a range of administrative tasks which will include the use of spreadsheets, the formatting/ distributing of documents, the inputting and updating of information on our team systems and helping us arrange therapeutic groups. This role is very varied but full support and training will be given.
