Mintra has an exciting opportunity for an organized and proactive Receptionist / Administrator to join the team at the Aberdeen Office. This is being offered as a part time position but full time may also be considered.
**About the job**:
The Receptionist / Administrator is responsible for the overall smooth running of the Aberdeen office and its facilities. This role requires someone who is organised and proactive. It will include some general office administration and providing a friendly greeting to all visitors, callers and Mintra personnel.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Managing reception and directing calls
- To ensure the successful running of Mintra’s Aberdeen office
- Maintain office facilities, managing office contracts with suppliers, organising maintenances
- Maintain HSE logs i.e. fire alarm checks, office inspections
- Focal point for travel arrangements for UK employees via the approved agent in line with the Company’s travel policy, and directly arrange accommodation locally for overseas staff visits
- To provide excellent customer services to delegates and clients
- Processing all incoming and outgoing mail including courier and invoice distribution
- Support with the purchase of all required stationary for the Aberdeen and Bergen offices
- Provide Admin support to Bergen office
- Provide support with IMIST administration, including releasing licences etc
- Support HSEQ Manager and HR Manager with administration support, as required

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18.75 per week
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
