Due to the rapid growth of the business, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in Poole.

- Salary of £23,000 - £24,000 per annum DOE

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling a range of customer orders, queries and issues in a professional, timely manner.

Delivering outstanding levels of service, you will field a varied mix of inbound and outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner. You will help to maintain the company database, provide key assistance to the Directors and support the business through a range of administrative and operational tasks.

Additionally, you will schedule jobs for engineers and order parts to support the healthy, planned growth that the company is experiencing.

About You

To be considered as a Customer Services Advisor, you will need:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook in particular)
- Strong attention to detail
- A highly organised approach
