**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that contribute to a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Take and process orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Strong catering skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques.
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour to engage positively with guests.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
