MPLOY is looking for a permanent & part time _Purchasing Administrator _for a valued client in Dorchester, Dorset.

- doesn’t mind managing the day-to-day supply chain essentials. You will raise accurate Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner to ensure the right amount of stock is available in the right place at the right time.
- is precise and a good scheduler. You will schedule deliveries and ensure import documentation is in order whilst keeping relevant teams such as _Operations_ and _Sales_ up to speed.
- can develop and maintain an efficient system for monitoring all open POs.
- works in a logical manner and is comfortable operating within standard operating procedures and a quality system.
- is an articulate and timely communicator. You will be able to effectively communicate upward with Management team members whilst continually developing supplier relationships.
- can offer administrative support to the Management team.
- has a good understanding of supply chains & post Brexit importing / exporting. Full training will be given.
- is proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel. Sage 50 knowledge although advantageous is not necessary.
- always wants to continually improve company processes.
