We are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy and successful Residential Property team based in our Dorchester Office.

The role will involve providing all round support to the Team Conveyancers in all sales and purchase transactions.

This will include audio typing and administrative support as well as assisting with any other tasks that may be reasonably required. The aim is for you to help proactively drive forward Conveyancing matters from instructions to exchange and completion by liaising with other parties in the chain and with conveyancers and agents.

The ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively and ensure that the client’s best interests are served at all times are vital qualities. Previous experience would be preferred, ideally gained within a legal or property related environment. Excellent typing (including audio transcription) and IT skills are essential.

This is a Monday-Friday role, 9am-5.15pm
