The department is made up of a number of lively, sociable and innovative teams that manage the administration of Asda's HR process for over 145,000 employees. Although there is some aspect of routine within the roles, no day will be the same. You will not only develop breadth and variety of knowledge across all areas of the function but also across the wider business.

At Asda, we are proud of our culture and our commitment to offering flexibility so when in the office you could either base yourself out of our site in Morley or Central Leeds. In order to provide you with the greatest start possible, we offer best in class training onsite which may require an initial 1 to 2 weeks in the office before moving to a truly hybrid working model allowing you to balance home and office working.
To provide even more flexibility we've implemented the 5 days in 7 rota system to open up the opportunity not only for full-time hours and salary but also corporate career path to those not able to work the standard Mon to Fri. Whether you are in education and studying or your single parents needing to work around childcare or looking after elderly family members or anything else we aim to be flexible and will happily discuss this with you further at interview.
**Your Role**
You will be part of a large team, which works at pace, ensuring the accurate administration of HR Processes for our valued 145,000 employees and providing great customer service to a wide range of internal and external customers.
You will be collaborating with managers, team leaders, team colleagues, customers and other business partners whilst completing HR administration tasks as part of the employment lifecycle, recommending ways to improve the ways we do things where it would benefit the customer experience
**About You**
You will need to be organised with high attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload. Ideally, you will have Contact Centre, Customer Service and/or Administration experience however, IT and Microsoft skills are essential. You will possess:
- Exceptional customer service skills, and capable of speaking to customers on the telephone
- High attention to detail and accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Experience in planning and prioritising your own workload and the ability to adapt and work flexibly with changing work demands and tasks
