We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team at Hunslet Carr Fisheries in Leeds. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering delicious meals and ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Serving customer, wrapping food and taking payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and serving areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Assisting the chef in preparing simple items such as sauce and picking out requested by customers for fryer.
- Provide excellent customer service during order preparation and serving.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Support upselling initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Be flexible in covering shifts when colleagues need time off.
- **Qualifications**:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
