**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Manage data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in our databases.
- Provide clerical support by organising files, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Handle phone communications with clients and vendors, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Utilise Google Suite for creating presentations, managing schedules, and collaborating with team members.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks related to project management and reporting.
- Assist in maintaining social media accounts by scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
- Help track marketing metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills are highly valued.

Pay: £23,101.00-£24,474.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
