**Sales and Marketing Assistant**

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join Tangent90. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter wanting to take their first step into business. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will be responsible for supporting the developmentand execution of Tangent90’s marketing activities as well as supporting the sales team, with the aim of promoting Tangent90’s services and delivering effective internal and external communications.

**About the role**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Collaborating with the directors, internal teams, and partners on marketing plans
- Working with software for digital marketing activities (e.g. WordPress, Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, webinar platforms)
- Tactical implementation of online marketing and social media strategy
- E.g. Social media planning, running campaigns, website updates, in line with company and brand plans
- Working with our CRM / customer database (Salesforce), including running and sharing regular reports for the sales and marketing team
- Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team
- Project management of a range of sales and marketing initiatives
- Liaising with internal colleagues and/or partners such as developers, copywriters and designers to create sales and marketing assets such as white papers, case studies, and presentations
- Reporting on the status of our ongoing campaigns, projects and proposals
- Event planning and management with an opportunity to travel
- Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents: quotations, proposals, presentations
- Organising market research, such as online surveys and then analysing questionnaires and other forms of feedback to be shared with internal teams, as well as helping identify market trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Understanding the Company and brand

Training will be available to support career development planning. With potential progression opportunities including direct customer contact and development of customer relationship management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated aptitude and experience
- Related job and internship experience, such as administrative sales and marketing assistant experience would be beneficial
- Experience with online marketing, including business social media, and content marketing
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Conscientious with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Good organization skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
- Self-motivation and a drive for results

Your place of work will be at our offices in Slough. However, a hybrid approach to work is currently in place (at the discretion of your manager) between office and a work from home policy.
