**JOB TITLE**: Outbound Calling Representative (Supporter Care Representative)

**LOCATION**: Crowborough Office

**HOURS OF WORK**: 35 hours per week; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 12 pm - 8 pm*, Monday: 11 am - 7 pm*, Friday: 10 am - 6 pm, Saturdays (2 per month) 11 am - 5:30 pm* with 30 mins break
- _Hours displayed are typical but will vary for business needs and may include Sundays and additional evening hours_

**CONTRACT**: Permanent

**SALARY**: £22,267.44 per annum

**Do you enjoy talking to people? Do you have good conversational skills and the ability to put people at ease?**

We are looking for someone to work within a small, friendly calling team, to build relationships with those that engage with us and to secure financial support for the work that we do.

The role:

- To phone contacts from well-developed databases
- Receive incoming phone calls as part of specific campaigns
- Ask supporters to set up a direct debit or increase their direct debit
- Introduce Premier to people who are less familiar or totally new
- Take financial information over the phone, and update personal details on calls
- Convert new interest in magazines to purchase a subscription
- We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Skills and Personal Qualities:

- Experience in telemarketing or fundraising is not essential but would be an advantage
- Team working experience
- Proven administration, multi-tasking, and prioritising skills
- IT literacy in Microsoft Office

The post-holder will work in a Christian environment. Therefore, it will be necessary for the post-holder to have respect for the Christian faith, and its values and be in sympathy with our organisational aims.
