**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Engage with potential customers through telemarketing and follow-up calls to generate leads and close sales.
- Utilise Salesforce software to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively in English, with the ability to converse in Spanish being a significant advantage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred although not essential as full training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; other language skills are a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
