**About us**:We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Experience administrator to play a key role in supporting the business and its continued growth.
This is a full-time role and will be based at our new offices in Bromsgrove. This exciting opportunity seeks an experienced, mature, and confident administrator with a wide range of skills and experience who wants to join a busy, truly positive, hardworking, and forward-thinking team. No day would be the same within this role You will be required to spin many plates and use your fabulous initiative daily.

**The Role & Responsibilities**:Using your fantastic up to date, efficient IT Skills you will be maintaining our company database, ensuring all relevant contact information is continually up to date and accurate. IT Skills is a MUST for this role.
- Previous use of working on a CRM database is a must
- Adding new companies and client contacts to our company database with accurate information. Understanding Google and the excitement of being a detective is a must
- Answering the office telephone and passing on accurate and timely messages
- Strong and positive communication on phone and in person is a must
- Positive and confident telephone manner is a must
- Taking competent notes from phone conversations, recording this information onto the CRM system. Accuracy is key to this part of the role
- Working alongside the marketing executive to ensure all our company testimonials and recommendations are on displayed on the website
- Using the office scanner to upload information
- Sharing job postings across our Social Media pages, including your own LinkedIn page
- Handling new client registrations daily via the website
- Supporting the preparation and sometimes attending industry events and exhibitions away from the office
- Your professionalism is a must
- Additional general administrative duties, including working with the sales team to ensure all admin and marketing tasks are actioned in a timely and consistent manner
- You must be a team player and enjoy working in a positive friendly environment
- Sending out weekly invoices via Sage (training can be given)
- Keeping accurate clerical and IT records in accordance with GDPR legislation
- Supporting the ongoing development of the business - your ideas will always be listened to
- Monitor stationary requirements, advising the MD when items need to be purchased
- Supporting office well-being and positivity
- Being a responsible key holder for the office and ensuring the office is clean and tidy and prepared for all meetings
- You need to be office proud and have your eyes open to things that need to be done and to be the glue to the running of the office

**Hours of work**:
Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:45 (30 Mins Lunch break)
Friday - 08:00 - 16:00 (30 Mins Lunch break)
