You will work closely with clients updating administrative procedures and processes.
About the role
We are recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator Apprentice to deliver the highest standards of Customer Service within our Pension Team. You will work closely with clients updating administrative procedures and processes.
Overview of duties
To efficiently process all duties expected of a Pension Administrator
Review and understand client data provided in excel
Maintaining records using NFP software
Ensure that client files are kept accurate and up to date
Support in the recording of statutory documentation in line with the pension legislation
Support the day-to-day workloads of the team including inbox enquires
Manage own allocated workload taking on additional tasks during quiet periods.
Develop knowledge and understanding of processes within the team
