We are currently working with an independent, multi-award winning business that are looking for a customer centric, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join their busy and successful Customer Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily contact with existing customers
- Processing orders via Sage
- Processing returns/credits via Sage
- Working with our Sales Team to ensure our customers are satisfied
About you?
- Customer service experience advantageous
- Excellent telephone manner
- The ability to remain calm in a busy environment
- Adaptability and organisational skills
- Experience of Microsoft office
- Good speed while providing excellent Customer Service
Details
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (30 min lunch)
- Permanent
- £23,000 - £24,000 per year
- Opportunity to progress
