**Description**

**HR Assistant Key responsibilities**:

- On boarding process for new starters
- Prepare all letters or contracts for any changes to employee terms and conditions.
- Administration of the database, input, maintain, update data within the system. Advising users on HR systems including resolving or supporting the resolution of problems related to the operation of the HR system.
- Sourcing suitable CV's using recruitment databases
- General leaver processes including exit interview, confirmation letter, account revocation forms and collecting of IT Equipment
- Updating Payroll reminders with any changes.

**Profile**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills including prioritising effectively
- Strong IT skills - Microsoft Word & Excel
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
- Attention to detail
