Office Administrator

We are a well known, high quality heating and plumbing contractor based in Kent looking for someone who can take on a number of responsibilities across office management duties, based from both office and home.
We have a part-time position for someone who is looking to have a career with a small company, dealing in the majority with Office Management duties, assisting the Company Director and our customers with enquiries.
**Job Description and Office Management Duties:
- **
Liaising with the Company Director (primarily by phone) to help with sourcing materials for jobs
Keeping track of engineers’ attendance to jobs
Being a point of contact for engineers in relation to current jobs
Creating Work Orders for jobs and inputting to computer system
Collating information from engineers on duties carried out whilst on jobs and inputting data to computer system
Collating engineers’ working hours to time sheets
Collating and filing supplier invoices to copy for jobs
Maintain and organise filing systems
**Requirements: -**
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel is required, including use of spread sheets
Proven experience in an administrative role including customer service, clerical duties such as data entry and document management
Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently
**Education : -**
GCSE or equivalent preferred
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
