Our wonderful Client in Maidstone is looking for an Administrator to join their purchasing team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is a key role within the Purchasing/Procurement team, providing administrative support ensuring all documents arelogged correctly and efficiently onto the company system. The role will be varied, excellent attention to detail is a essential and you must be confident using Excel.
**Your duties would include**:
- Scanning documents and filing into the correct digital folders
- Supporting the purchasing team with general administration
- Responding to, answering and diverting telephone calls
- Adhoc administration as required by the purchasing department
