Calling all creative minds with a sweet tooth and a finger on the pulse of TikTok Haute World Group, a rapidly growing hospitality brand, is seeking a passionate and energetic **TikTok Specialist Intern** to join our vibrant team to manage Haute Dolci and IceBurg brands.

**In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for**:

- **Taking Haute Dolci's TikTok to the Next Level**: Develop and execute a strategic content calendar to showcase our mouthwatering desserts, luxurious ambience, and overall brand experience.
- **Becoming a Content Creation Mastermind**: Film, edit, and post high-quality, engaging TikTok videos that capture the essence of Haute Dolci and resonate with our target audience.
- **Building a Loyal Following**: Utilize trending sounds, hashtags, and challenges to attract new followers and increase brand awareness on TikTok.
- **Engagement is Key**: Actively engage with our audience through comments, replies, and polls to build a thriving Haute Dolci community.
- **Staying Ahead of the Curve**: Monitor TikTok trends and competitor activity to stay informed and adapt our content strategy accordingly.
- **Data & Analytics Savvy**: Analyze TikTok insights to measure the performance of your content and optimize future strategies.
- **Collaborate & Learn**: Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand alignment and learn from industry professionals.

**To be a Haute Dolci TikTok superstar, you'll need**:

- A genuine passion for Haute Dolci's brand and a love for social media, especially TikTok
- Strong creative skills with a knack for storytelling through video.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a hunger to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

**This is a paid internship with flexible hours. Weekend work may be required on occasion with compensatory offs. This internship offers the potential to convert to a full-time position upon successful completion.**

Pay: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
