Our client is a leading UK driverless vehicle and mobility company expanding internationally and on a mission to find the very best people to be part of our success and join the driverless revolution that will disrupt and transform the world of transport. Due to year on year growth they are recruiting a Technical Team Leader.

We are looking for a Technical Lead with focus in DevOps and Cloud Engineering. You will be leading a diverse team of Technical Specialists, whilst also bringing your knowledge and expertise of Cloud Engineering and DevOps best practices to our DevOps team.

You will be reporting directly to the CTO, designing, architecting, leading, and driving delivery of our Next Generation Operational Management System, Optimisation platform, App Suite. Whilst having the opportunity of on the job learning of Connect Autonomous Vehicles.

**Roles**:

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Architectural definition, design and implementation
- Represent the company in technical discussions and presentations
- Capture and document system and business requirements
- Evolve and lead the technical
- Provide DevOps expertise and know-how to the team
- Working with the CTO and Project Manager, define Sprint requirements and deadlines

**Essential Requirements**:

- Senior DevOps experience
- AWS Certifications up to Professional
- 3+ Years Proven experience leading a large, diverse engineering team
- Strong documentation and communication
- Proven experience in presenting and representing organisations
- Working within Agile Methodologies
- Working Independently
- Proven experience in delivering scalable enterprise software
