Technical Project Lead Location: Agratas, Coventry, England, United Kingdom What You’ll Do As a PMO Technical Project Lead, you will play a key role leading the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within our battery cell manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibility will be managing the delivery of technical manufacturing projects on our Gigafactory programmes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that all project activities are delivered on time, within scope and budget. You will also manage risk, change, reporting, and timing for your projects. Reporting into the Manager of Process Engineering Programmes, you will be responsible for: Develop and manage detailed schedules for manufacturing projects, incorporating equipment installation, production trials, and factory commissioning. Create budgets for manufacturing projects, including machinery procurement and engineering resources. Monitor expenditures against budgets and report deviations. Manage scope changes during project delivery, assessing change impact on project timelines and budgets, and driving clear decisions. Who We Are Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. We design, develop, and manufacture high‑quality, high‑performance, sustainable batteries for the mobility and energy sectors. We are a scale‑up business with a start‑up mentality and the backing of a well‑established parent company. Our UK headquarters is in the Midlands, and we are currently building a battery manufacturing facility in Bridgwater, Somerset. What You’ll Bring A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is required. Good knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes. Excellent programme management skills, with proven ability to deliver complex engineering projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions. What You’ll Get Our reward scheme is constantly evolving.
