**Client Details**

Our client is a well known established FMCG organisation based in West London, looking to recruit an accounts receivable administrator into their established finance team.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

- Ownership of daily invoicing for Sainsbury's and Tesco using the third party EDI True Commerce platforms, ensuring the invoices raised in Nav
- Ensure all Sainsbury's and Tesco promotional discounts have been reviewed and approved by Grocery team before posting to ledger
- Ensure all Sainsbury's and Tesco debit notes and logistic invoices have been approved by CPU team before posting to ledger
- Ownership of the invoice factoring arrangement with the bank, ensuring clean debtors ledgers are submitted daily with any disputed items resolved in a timely manner, and ensuring the invoice factoring facility accounts are fully reconciled on a daily basis
- Ensure the debtors ledger is fully maintained and kept clean and up to date on a daily basis, including full allocation of invoices, cash receipts, control invoices and debit notes
- Ownership of raising invoices in Nav for all other food and rebate customers
- Reconciliation of net sales per delivery channel providers through to net sales in Nav with all discrepancies investigated
- Production of aged debt reports with credit control performed ensuring timely collection of cash from our smaller food and rebate customers
- Ad hoc work as determined by business needs

**Profile**
- Extensive experience with invoice factoring processes
- Experience using Nav (desirable not essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of having owned the debtor ledger in a similar role
- Experience within a similar role or working within a FMCG organisation
- Working within an accounts receivable or credit control position
