The average day for a Sales Agent revolves around our customers. You will receive incoming calls from customers looking to buy from us, as well as dialling out to customers who have shown an interest in our products and want to know more (no cold calling).
This position is part-time with career prospects in a small but rapidly growing company that specialise in niche motor insurance.
Your pay structure will vary depending on your skillset and performance. Our basic full-time salary typically starts at £19,750.00 and this would be calculated on a pro-rata basis, based on your working hours.
You don’t necessarily need insurance experience to apply, as full and extensive training is provided. All we ask is that you’re motivated and willing to learn; the rest we can teach you.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Have a wide knowledge of our products in order to inform customers correctly
- Building rapport with our customers and gathering relevant information
- Ensure we meet customers’ needs
**Requirements**:
- Professional phone manner
- Excellent customer service
- Positive attitude
- Good reading and writing skills
- Computer literate
- Able to work as part of a team and individually
- Confidence, determination and passion to succeed
- Have a keen eye for detail

**Working hours**:
Part-time contract to suit employee lifestyle (hours to be discussed during interview)
Our office opening hours are from 9am - 7pm Monday to Friday, with one Saturday in every three weeks.
