**Responsibilities**:
- Managing incoming calls in a timely manner
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and react accordingly
- The ability to take personal ownership and the desire to provide excellent customer service
- Follow structured scripts when making changes to customer policies
- Keep records and up-to-date logs of conversations with our customers
- Meet personal performance based targets
- Handle complaints and providing appropriate solutions, taking into account customers’ circumstances
- Follow company process, procedures and scripts
**Requirements**:
- No experience required, but some experience of customer facing roles would be an advantage
- Enthusiasm, drive and motivation
- Computer literate and able to multitask
- Able to work in a high pressure environment
- You must be a great communicator
- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Ability to both work as part of a team and individually
- Have a desire to become an accomplished customer service professional
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Target driven and determined
- Ability to work to deadlines

**Working Hours**:
Full time contract - 37.5 hour week
Part Time contracts also available with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Your shifts will be based on a two week rota between the hours of 09:00am - 7pm, with one in three Saturdays (9am-2pm). We have various shift patterns available, including 4 day working and 9 days a fortnight.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,400.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week
