**Do you have experience within the Secretarial industry, preferably Medical or Legal?**

**Are you a secretary looking for change of environment?**
**As a Legal Secretary you will need to**:
**Minimum of 2 years within Secretarial sector, preferably Legal or Medical**:
- Providing all Partners, Solicitors, and Consultants with secretarial support.
- You will be supporting with production and processing of legal documents and correspondence
- Photocopying, filing, and scanning
- Typing and Audio skills
- Drafting and producing documents for clients and team members
- Handle telephone enquiries and direct accordingly
- Manage fee earner diaries, supporting with all administration
- You will also have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
You will need to have experience of working in a legal or professional environment, as legal experience is not essential, we are looking for someone with heavy Dictation and Secretarial experience.
You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as a member of a team. You will have the ability to manage and prioritise your work; with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
