Arnold Laver, part of National Timber Group are looking to recruit a Stock Controller to join the team at their branch at Crowle Street, Hedon Road, Hull, HU9 1RH.

**Duties will include**:

- Responsible for the checking and approval of sales orders on a daily basis
- Responsible for tracking outstanding invoicing on a daily
- Responsible for tracking and investigating missing PD's and liaising with Transport daily
- Responsible for all goods received - Stock bar coding, pack splitting & printing FSC labels to be completed on the day of receipt
- Responsible for the processing of any credits and all necessary returns to supplier/branches to be completed with 24 hours of receipt
- Answer the main switchboard phone & reception phone, meeting and greeting customers & visitors to the site
- Supporting the sales team in all administrative matters
- Raising purchase orders for stationary and PPE as required
- Undertake and investigate stock counts and report any issues to the Branch Manager
- Investigate and resolve negative and positive stock issues and the incorrect use of product codes
- Ensure purchase orders, stock transfers and work orders are linked as a related document for all orders processes where necessary
