**WHAT IS THE ROLE?**
We are looking for an Agency Marketing Lead, to design and implement marketing campaigns for our performance agency. This role is promoting our business Door4, growing our brand and making Door4 the go-to performance agency in the North West.
You will be responsible for:
- Door4 marketing content, design, copywriting and production
- PR and outreach to get our content into earned channels
Content drives our marketing - so the successful applicant will live and breathe content and digital PR.

For our Agency Marketing Lead, this means that you will know, precisely, what we want to do, what we need to say, and who we want to reach
We’re based in a super listed 19th century canal wharf, on the edge of Burnley town centre, with car parking. We also have a growing Manchester city centre office.
**OUR EXPECTATIONS**
The right person for the Marketing Lead will be a proactive self-starter with a hunger to get stuck in. You can demonstrate your marketing experience by RESULTS, whether it’s in-house or agency side.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:
This role is focusing on producing and publishing content for our own agency marketing. You're promoting Door4 - it's the most demanding job in the business
**Communications**
- Ideate, plan and create content - written, imagery and video - suitable for our audience
- Produce and post-produce video content for a variety of platforms
- Interact continuously with our team - from directors and managers to production team and client services, to ideate themes, create interviews and produce “agency story”.
- Review the audience personas, to ensure that we are presenting the right message to the right people
- Control Door4 social media presence including content publication and scheduling
- Manage the Door4 website, ensuring that all content is presented professionally and in its best light
- Review sector and industry press, highlight articles of interest, PR and new business opportunities and circulate to the team
- Monitor and report on impact of activities
- Project manage content creation in-house and external resources where required
**Events and Networking**
- Create and manage event follow-up communications, post events
- Contribute to planning, communications and event logistics for hosted and sponsored events
**Door4 brand**
- Fully embrace the Door4 brand and ensure that every external communication, including pitches, press releases and proposals properly represents our brand
- Build and help to maintain a bank of agency credentials so case studies are easy to find and use
- Keep credentials and press releases consistently up to date with new client work as and when completed
- Produce and manage agency collateral
- Work with Creative and Client Services to ensure latest and greatest work, news and opinion is reflected in the website
- Proactively develop ideas to refresh the agency website (homepage takeovers, campaigns etc.)
**SPECIFIC SKILLSETS**:
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Media production skills - illustration, photography, image manipulation, video production
- Creative imagination
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively
- Confidence to interview internal and external colleagues/partners
- Organisation, project management, time management
Formal marketing qualifications are helpful, but not essential. We’re more interested in capability and experience than academic history.

**TERMS AND REMUNERATION**
- Location: Burnley Wharf, BB11 1JG
- Salary: £30k per annum
- Company pension

- Flexible working hours (core hours 10am-4pm)

We expect that this will be a full-time role but we are happy to consider requests for part-time and flexible working.
