This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a commercial solicitor or legal executive to handle a broad and varied caseload within a friendly and flexible high street practice in Somerset.
This is a hands-on position, so you will ideally need to be a solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least 2 years’ PQE within commercial or commercial property law.
The emphasis of your role would be more towards commercial property matters but also dealing with, but not limited to:

- Preparing business leases
- Sales of small businesses
- TUPE
- Partnership agreements
- Sale and purchase of commercial property

This is a fantastic opportunity ideal for someone with either a commercial or transactional commercial property background, looking to develop their skillset and gain exposure to both areas, whilst receiving first class supervision and support in honing yourtechnical ability.
