Operating within fast-moving FMCG supply chains and BRCGS-accredited warehousing, they are now seeking a Commercial Logistics Manager to support their continued growth.This is an exciting and influential position for a commercially astute logistics professional who excels in customer engagement, project delivery, and commercial documentation.Job DescriptionAs the Commercial Logistics Manager, you will take ownership of customer-facing initiatives, commercial support, and cross-departmental coordination to deliver exceptional service. Key duties include:Leading and coordinating a wide range of customer projects, ensuring timely and high-standard delivery.Building strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance engagement and satisfaction.Analysing data to identify, evaluate, and support new commercial opportunities.Producing high-quality tenders, SLAs, SOPs, brochures, and case studies.Managing contract renewals, pricing reconciliations, and surcharges with accuracy and professionalism.Overseeing customer onboarding and operational setup activities.Conducting customer surveys, responding to feedback, and presenting insights to senior stakeholderThe Successful ApplicantThe Commercial Logistics Manager willDemonstrable experience within FMCG logistics and BRCGS warehousing environments from a customer perspective.Strong commercial understanding and project management capabilities.Able to complete Business Tenders and support the sale Team where appropriateConfident, professional communication and negotiation skills.Excellent written ability and meticulous attention to detail.A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to present actionable solutions.Familiarity with CRM systems and a structured approach to customer relationship management.What's on OfferWhat's on Offer for the successful Commercial Logistics ManagerCompetitive salary £35,000-£45,000 (depending on experience)Annual profit-related bonus28 days holiday (increasing with length of service)Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30Workplace Salary Exchange Pension schemeOn-site parkingGenuine opportunity for career progression within a growing logistics operationIf you are passionate about the transport & distribution industry and have the skills to excel as a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
