About this role: The purpose of this role is to deliver the commercial strategy for assets within the BSR Portfolio. The role will ensure diligence is applied, and that compliance and strategic thinking is adhered to for operational assets. This role is key to optimising the operating performance of the assets and highlighting areas that help support maximising asset value. What you will be doing: Manage meeting the requirements for offtaker contracts and statutory obligations, collaborating with key individuals within the wider business to achieve this. Support negotiating Revenue and OPEX contract terms and managing relationships with stakeholders. Manage the financial modelling for operational assets, including budgets, forecasts, and support with operational reports. Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure timely reporting where applicable. Collaborate with the wider team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to optimise lifecycle asset performance and efficiency, to safeguard its value. Comply with and support the business’s ESG targets relevant to the assets. Support the analysis of asset performance reports for internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner. Monitor cash flows and ensure financial targets are met with an ability to analyse and follow up on variances. Support compliance with H&S processes for operational assets, as part of Client duties. Participate and collaborate in the development and ongoing improvement of the Group’s Business Management System. Maintain relevant professional, technical and sectoral knowledge to an appropriate level. What experience you will have: Educated to degree level (or equivalent) or proven and successful Asset Management experience. Essential experience with PPA, Optimisers, CfDs and Offtakers. Understanding of CDM Regulations. Use of analytical tools and risk management techniques to identify quality and performance issues. Strong knowledge of technical aspects of utility renewable assets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously. Ability to prioritise work and organise teams to work collaboratively. An excellent listener and strong communication skills.
