We are looking for **Qualified Educators** who have a genuine love for watching children grow and who want to spend every day exploring nature alongside children, guiding them to grow into resilient and compassionate humans.

With the Nursery Manager you will co-construct your targets, so they are tailored to your professional development, encouraging, and supporting your childcare career.

Oldfield Road Nursery is a unique children's nursery which has been open since 2017. We are based in Bear flat and have a wonderful three story grade 2 listed building which has great character and a homely feel to it. We also have a large garden and outdoor space and are a short walk to local parks and community shops. Our ethos is grounded in play-based, child-led learning.

We strongly believe that children learn best through play, so educators who are fun-loving, ready to explore the outdoors and keen to develop children's interests and learning through joyful play are a must
