Oldfield Road Nursery and Preschool is recruiting; we are seeking passionate Educators that can deliver a child-led approach to learning, through planning in the moment. Here at Oldfield Road Nursery, we love to explore the world around us alongside children, creating valuable learning experiences that are customised to each child’s unique interests and needs.

We want our team to succeed, we do this by providing a range of empowering training opportunities, from trips to Play Iceland to informative and insightful inset days. We value and encourage all team members to be the best version of themselves. With the Nursery Manager you will co-construct your targets so they are tailored to your professional development. When you achieve your targets, you will earn an additional day’s holiday. Along with a pay increase, this ensures our ambitious and dedicated team members are rewarded.

Being an Early Years Educator is a diverse role with responsibilities that include, communicating with parents, and building a positive relationship with our children and their families.

We are looking for both a part-time (2/3 days per week) and a full time (4 days per week) educator to join our team.

Due to the global pandemic, all interviews will comply with our Corona virus policy and risk assessment. Therefore, the first stage of the interview process maybe completed remotely, with two senior employees. The second will be a visit to the setting which will follow our Covid-19 policy and risk assessment. Please ask the nursery manager for further details. All Early Year’s Educators have access to free lateral flow tests. You may be required to take a test before entering one of our nursery settings.

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
