**What you’ll be doing**
- £4,500 Car allowance
- Hybrid working - Can be based in the London area or Thames Valley
- Attend ad hoc meetings or site when required
- 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday
- Full training and excellent wider benefits package

**We’re looking for you to**:

- Have held the position of Quantity Surveyor or had extensive experience in a commercial role covering contract management and price negotiation, dispute resolution and accurate financial reporting etc
- Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Have site measurement experience or similar
- Be excellent at building and maintaining relationships
- Have experience of engaging at local management level
- Hold a Full UK valid Driving Licence

You may also have an opportunity to become a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and you will work within a very successful structured APC training programme with the support network of several Chartered Quantity Surveyors, RICS APC assessors and colleagues studyingto become MRICS and FRICS.
