**Role**: Scheduling Administrator
**Location**: West Leeds (Parking on Site)
**Hours**: Full time, Monday to Friday
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Salary**: £22,000
We are excited to be bring you this excellent opportunity that would be perfect for brilliantly organised administrators who love to be the go-to person for an account.
You will be hands on, organised, friendly, driven, thorough and willing to go the extra mile for the business to ensure nothing is missed. If you want the security of working for a well-established, successful company and enjoy being the go-to person foran important account whilst ensuring it all runs smoothly, then this is the opportunity you've been looking for. You'll be based in a friendly office with parking on site and great access routes nearby for travel.
**Key responsibilities within your role would be**:
- Planning & scheduling for the team of 6 drivers
- Contacting sites associated with the account and updating drivers with any changes
- Liaising with and providing outstanding customer service to the account
- Analysing reports and improving processes
- Audits of the account and investigating any issues that arose
- General administration to support the wider team
- Act as the go to person for the account
**Experience and skills required**:
- Previous administration experience
- Highly accurate with attention to detail
- Prior experience with Scheduling is advantageous but not essential
- Confident with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
- Customer Focused, with a warm and welcoming manner
- Enthusiastic with the willingness to learn
