Here's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Scheduling Administrator to join the friendly team at First Response Group.

**Responsibilities and Job Role of the Scheduling Administrator**
- Schedule security officers - full training will be provided on systems.
- Track and report on all sickness and holidays to ensure full coverage on all sites at all times.
- Sit within the operations centre with the ability to learn and progress.
- Call sites daily to check welfare requirements and book guards where required.
- Co-ordinate communications surrounding operational site changes.
- Ensure a clear and concise handover between shifts and management.
- Liaise between client representatives and the FRG Contract Manager.

**Essential Skills** **Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- SIA Licence - Non-Frontline or Frontline
- A commitment to providing first-class customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good report-writing skills.
- Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of scheduling would be preferred but not essential.
- Basic PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
