**Your Role**:
As a Scheduler at GRAHAM, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and managing the schedules for our in-house engineers and subcontractors. Your efforts will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and within service level agreements (SLAs), contributing to our high standards of performance and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Efficient Scheduling**: Manage and organize work schedules for engineers and subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks within SLA dates.
- **Timely Completion**: Monitor job progress and reallocate tasks to ensure first-time fixes and compliance with SLAs.
- **Effective Communication**: Liaise with supply chain partners and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely job execution.
- **Maintenance Scheduling**: Schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks and ensure adherence to contract requirements.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and escalate issues with at-risk jobs, clients, resources, and third-party contractors.
- **Timesheet Management**: Oversee and verify engineer timesheets against the weekly schedule.
- **System Management**: Keep internal systems updated with relevant information, including managing absences and job progress.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle general administrative duties, manage communications professionally, and operate the service desk function as required.

**About You**:
**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduler who excels in managing workloads and meeting KPIs. If you have experience in Facilities Management or a similar field, and a passion for organization and efficiency, we’d love to hear from you.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience in scheduling workloads and managing tasks efficiently.
- At least 1 year of experience in Facilities Management or a related environment.
- Proven ability to work to KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience with purchase orders.
- Knowledge of Preventive Planned Maintenance
