Protocol are delighted to be recruiting for an HR Project Manger for an Education provider in the Barking area.
**Salary**: ££43,740 - £45,806
**The person & qualifications**
- Proven experience managing HR / Payroll Systems projects
- Have a minimum of Grade C in English and Maths GCSE level (Level 2) or equivalent.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent professional experience or part qualified with a commitment to gaining full membership (desirable).
**Duties**
- Responsible for configuring, scoping and overseeing the implementation of modules and system functionality in collaboration with the HR Manager.
- Working in collaboration with the third-party implementation team to deliver the successful implementation of our new HRIS (iTrent).
- Work with the HR Manager, Learning and Development Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and other key stakeholders to develop business requirements documents, risk management, issues logs and decision logs.
- Responsible for tracking timelines, milestone and checklists that will lead to the successful and timely set up of the HRIS set up.
- Ensuring that configuration around workflows, position management & reporting is executed in line with business requirements.
- Ensure all changes are documented and approved throughout the project.
- Create test scripts to ensure the system is performing and functioning as expected, and complete full testing cycle, working with end-users across relevant areas of responsibility.
