Head of Product - £100,000 to £120,000 - Fin-Tech

Project Overview:
The ideal applicant will have proven experience working within a Fin-Tech or Banking environment and be exposed to risk management, particularly fraud/credit. You will Partner effectively with Engineering, Growth, and Operations to ensure we validate, build, launch, and measure our product-market fit and alignment with customer and partner expectations to provide the best in class invoice finance platform.
- Roles Responsibilities:

- Help define Raise’s Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap
- Help develop a world-class Product discipline for our client.
- Directly manage a team of 3 Product Managers providing strong career and role development and ensuring high retention of top employees.
- Align team with end-to-end product line vision and the company’s business strategy, goals/OKRs, and key KPIs. Focus team on impact and rapid delivery.
- Develop, maintain and communicate an ambitious end-to-end roadmap to internal and external stakeholders
- Partner effectively with Engineering, Growth, and Operations to ensure we validate, build, launch, and measure our product-market fit and alignment with customer and partner expectations to provide the best in class invoice finance platform
- Requirements:

- Have previously served as a VP of Product (or related position in a larger firm) in a similar-size company or product line
- Significant people management experience, including management of Directors in a fast-growing technology scale-up
- Strong understanding of Raise product and customer markets, competition, and underlying technologies. Direct experience in a relevant industry that involves payments, credit control, and accounting technologies, including but not limited to financial services, recruitment, or insurance.
- Track record of leading several products to successful commercial outcomes; must be able to demonstrate multiple complete product cycles from inception to full-scale success showing material impact to business outcomes.
- Excellent at executive, full company, and larger venue presentations, and able to inspire and motivate customers and employees through written and verbal communications that are clear, concise, elegant, and persuasive.
- Must be able to build strong trusted scaleable relationships with the various corporate stakeholders, and in particular with board members, investors, and heads of department.
- Able to demonstrate successful implementation of prioritisation framework.
- Ideally have previous experience in risk management, particularly fraud and credit.
- Have the technical depth to understand our technological challenges and lead meaningful conversations with engineering.
- Salary details:

- £100,000 to £120,000
