Project Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible Coordinator to organise and conduct key activities within our Mobility projects, from simple actions to more complex plans.
As a Coordinator your responsibilities include working closely with our key stakeholders to prepare comprehensive plans, including resources, timeframes and rotas for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling customer/partner queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with external and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Ultimately, the Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Complete administrative task to ensure the projects run smoothly
- Make sure that stakeholders needs are met as projects evolve
- Maintain clear communication channel with external and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with the key stakeholders to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor ways of working
- Create and maintain project and administrative documentation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Quickly and accurately determine the cause of customer issues.
- Intelligence, motivation, and a team player attitude.
- Bright, high energy individual, with a passion to learn and contribute.
- Detail-oriented, able to keep track of lots of data effectively.
- Able to absorb new concepts and technologies quickly.
- Think with a clear mind and deliver useful solutions where required.
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent client implementations.
- Stay abreast of developing platform features.
- Ability to work as an effective team member.
