**Purpose**:
To create an accurate and robust demand plan across a significant portfolio of products. The emphasis will be on interpreting market information and historical sales data, translating it into a consensus-based rolling forecast, which will be used to deliver short, medium and long term plans for production planning, capacity and materials across a multi-site environment.

Key to success will be the development of collaborative relationships with internal colleagues in the commercial and supply functions.

**Create/Review/Validate Demand Signal for rolling 18 month horizon**
- Analyze and update SKU Level demand signal based on trends, assumption changes, inputs, etc.
- Adjust signal for New Products, Rollovers, and/or Discontinued items
- Ensure unconstrained demand plan is accurately entered into APO
- Proactively communicate critical changes to downstream supply chain partners
- Accountable for Demand Planning KPIs

**Change Management**
- Identify areas in need of improvement
- Search for potential solutions both internally and externally
- Create and present recommendations
- Collaborate with team to implement process improvements
- Adopt new tools to improve process and KPI results

**Skills/Work Experience**:

- A proven experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a multi-site food manufacturing or other fast moving consumer goods environment
- Experience of working with major UK Retailers
- The ability to build sound working relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, is essential
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, to see through details and be able to clearly identify and highlight any risks
- Skilled in MS Excel and a confident systems user
- SAP Experience highly desirable

**Years of Experience**:
Ideally, a minimum of 3 years demand planning or other similar related experience

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
