We are currently hiring an Engineering Scheduler to support and co-ordinate servicing activities to ensure the effective running of the service department. The successful scheduler should ideally have experience of working as a Service Coordinator / Planner within an engineering, maintenance or technical led environment. The Service Coordinator will be expected to be organised and manage engineer's labour and daily workload.
- Liaising with engineers and allocating the required manpower.
- Dealing with customer queries, relaying information to relevant engineer.
- Co-ordinating the job costing process including input of hours on to the job management system, reviewing the jobs against reports, checking and reporting back against agreed and expected costs, raising of invoices.
- Accurate ordering of parts, maintaining stock levels to company procedure, and checking all deliveries are in a timely manner and to agreed requirements.
- Supporting management in the preparation and distribution of quotations.
- Ensuring compliance with the company's health and safety, quality and environmental procedures in accordance to the company's policies.
- Ensuring all PPE is available and is distributed to employees.
- General office administration tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of one (1) year of Coordinator / Scheduler experience or relevant work related experience is required.
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Computer literate with an excellent understanding of software packages (Windows, Microsoft Office etc.)
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads and deadlines.
- Positive and willing team player - goes the extra mile, experience of collaborative working with ability to initiate.
- Able to build long term customer relations

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
