Live-in Student Residence Supervisor

**Job description**
LSI Cambridge English language school has a small student residence in Cambridge.
The role would suit a full-time student or someone with a day job who has hours to spare during the week and the weekends.
We are looking for a live-in residence supervisor to assist in running the facility and working with between 10 and 12 resident adult foreign language students. The accommodation will be rent free and worked hours per week will be between 16 and 17 depending on the season.
The warden's room has a shower, (shared toilet). double bed, wardrobe, desk etc. On site there is access to a full-size kitchen, laundry facilities, free wi-fi and a student lounge.
The supervisor’s role will be to monitor the accommodation and resident students, with duties as follows (paid duties in brackets):
Checking students in and out at weekends, during the week if required (paid duty)
Inducting students into the residence and local facilities (paid duty)
Cleaning of communal areas daily and students rooms on a weekly basis (paid duty)
Locking up at night
Monitoring students and guests
Acting as fire warden and first aid contact
Work with school staff regarding resident students.
The role will involve a contract of employment which includes free accommodation and all bills, with some paid duties claimed on a hourly basis.
