**Our Coffee Shop**
Our Coffee Shop is a vibrant central hub of the College, serving great snacks and drinks through the day. During term time, we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner for students, staff, fellows and conference guests, making it a great place for socialising andrelaxed study.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic supervisor to lead the small team in delivering great quality coffee, tea and food in pleasant, friendly surroundings. The Coffee Shop team comprises the Supervisor, Trainer, two CoffeeShop Assistants and casual workers from time to time. Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, the Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the full operations of the Coffee shop, from preparation and cleaning, stock control and ordering to managing the rotaand serving drinks, meals and snacks, ensuring the highest standards are achieved at all times. We’re looking for somebody with a passion for coffee and as such there are opportunities to show of your flare by taking part in competitions both locally, throughthe Cambridge Catering Managers’ Committee, and at a national level with The Universities Catering Organisation.
