Fitzbillies is a Cambridge institution, founded over 100 years ago and best known for its ultra-sticky Chelsea buns. Nowadays Fitzbillies is a thriving, local, independent bakery and hospitality group. The original Fitzbillies is located at Trumpington Street where we have a 90-seat café and 20-seat coffee shop, we also have a smaller sister branch at Bridge Street which has a 50-seat coffee shop.

As the business gets busier and grows, we need someone with great people skills, experience in latte art and working with speciality coffee who enjoys being part of the team and strives to provide a great customer experience.

We are looking for speciality barista for our coffee shops across both Trumpington Street and Bridge Street.

Working with Caravan coffee, we provide regular training including going to the roastery based in North London, where they have a fully equipped Coffee School that run Barista training courses covering everything from basics to advanced milk skills to preventative maintenance.

**You will be**

Brewing special in-house recipes of cold brew and iced tea.

Producing speciality coffee and tea, providing excellent customer service

Keeping up to date health & safety records.

Working with management to create and deliver delicious tasting coffee that looks great, in an effective and timely manner.

**Renumeration & Hours**:
Full time 30 - 45 hours per week over 5 days, this includes weekend days.

Varied shifts - 7.00 - 4.00, 8.30 - 4.30, 10.00 - 7.00, 9.00 - 5.30

From £9.50 (depending on experience) plus tips
