**The role**:
The role of Customer Service Advisor is fast-paced and varied, so if you’re looking for a job that will keep you on your toes, keep reading

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will strive to deliver a great customer service experience for everyone you speak to. You will need to take ownership of each situation, ask the relevant questions and come to a resolution that leaves the customer feeling that they have been heard and dealt with in the best way possible.

**What we are looking for**:
Previous Customer Service Advisor experience is not necessary, all we ask is you have a proactive attitude and always look for a positive solution to things. Everything else, we can teach you throughout our great training program that starts the moment you walk through the doors

- Salary starts at £19,500 with a performance-related salary progression
- 24 days holiday - increasing to 28

- Flexible working after training - allowing you to work from home for over half of your shifts after 3-6 months..
- This is a shift-based role; 36 hours per week between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, working 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8am -1pm with a day off in lieu in the week
