**Our Client;**
We have an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing professional services business in Newcastle-upon-Tyne as a member of the HR team as a HR & Training Coordinator.
**The Opportunity;**
Our client is looking to recruit a full time administrator to support students within the business with their training programmes as well as with HR admin.
In this role you would be:

- Coordinating admin for external training programmes for students working within the business.
- Working with training providers and line managers to keep informed of student progress.
- Maintain accurate training records.
- Maintain the firms training data base.
- Assisting with HR administration and related HR projects.

Package
- Site based working.
- 37 hour working week.
- 20 days holiday + 3 days at Christmas + bank holidays. Ability to buy 5 days holiday.
- Pension: Employee - 5% matched by employer.

- Salary - Up to £25,000.

**The Person;**
- Previous administration experience.
- An understanding of how apprenticeships work or life as an apprentice.
- Good Microsoft Office Skills.
- The ability to influence.
- Good communication skills.
- Resilience.
