We have a brilliant job opportunity for you to join our team as our Aftercare Coordinator. You’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensure a smooth and seamless aftercare service for our customers following the purchase of their new home.
This is a super exciting time to join us in our strategic priority to build (and sell) the right homes in the right places for our customers.
You’ll use your eye for detail to follow up on any defects orders reported by our Delivery and Sales teams or customers in a quick and efficient way. You’ll also check on the progress to manage customer expectations. You’ll ensure satisfactory completion ofdefects and snags with contracting partners, monitor performance and update relevant systems.
As our Aftercare Coordinator, you’ll support the team as sites’ approach completion to ensure a smooth handover to our customers and also contribute to positive satisfaction ratings for all our new homes.

**About you**
As our Aftercare Coordinator, you’ll have a passion to provide the highest standard of customer service at all times. With a creative spark, you’ll also have a strong administrative background preferably in a housing, sales or development environment.
You’ll really impress us with your ability to organise and prioritise multiple projects and influence stakeholders to drive performance.
If you have some previous experience in the management, sale or construction of high quality new homes, this would be the cherry on the cake (or should we say the sold sign on the door).
