This position is for a warm desk covering South Essex Secondary schools.
We are looking to hear from people with range of experience who maybe are looking for a career change into recruitment. We have our inhouse fast-track programme which will set you up with all the skills needed to become a great consultant.
You could be a sales executive, teacher or have recruited for your own team before, whatever your background Simply Education would love to hear from you.
What does your new role entail.
Business development calls and arranging client meetings with schools in the local area to support and their recruitment needs.
You will be working within sales and high service driven environment in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals.

£24,500+ per annum.
Rewarding commission structure which pays up to 20% of billings with yearly accelerator bonus payments on achieving specific targets.
Quarterly events for high performing consultants.
Annual trip for top performing consultants across the MCG Group, these trips of a lifetime have included destinations such as, Jamaica, Monaco, Miami, Las Vegas.
Seasonal events, summer conference and MCG awards evening.
In house L&D team who are on hand to deliver exceptional training giving you the best start to your career in recruitment and then to enhance you on your chosen path.
25 days annual leave, with the option for uncapped leave for performing consultants giving you the potential to spend more time with friends and family.
